PROGRESSIVE BALLET TECHNIEQUE CLASSES
This fantastic training program is a set of exercises on 'fit balls' and with 'therabands' developed by Marie Walton-Mahon (website is here) (who is a world renowned ballet dancer, RAD examiner & private ballet coach). Marie is passionate about safe dance practices and has developed these exercises to help students gain a greater understanding of core stability, weight placement and alignment.
In this class we will do various exercises and techniques that will strengthen your core stability, balance and general technique. This class is for Adult, Advanced & Intermediate level dancers and not just for ballet dancers but for anyone interested in improving their all around technique.
